I ordered one thing and ended up getting the wrong item/size instead, and even the packing slip didn’t match what I bought. I reached out to support, but it still hasn’t been fixed. i feel stupid for trusting them with an order I actually needed this week. Super frustrating.

I checked out racketcentral.com hoping to find a decent deal, but the prices were noticeably higher than other sites I looked at. I could’ve overlooked it if there was some kind of added value or better service, but nothing really stood out. Once shipping and the final total were added, it felt even less worth it. it kind of made me lose trust in the site a bit, like I should’ve compared more options before even considering buying there

Customer service was okay. Nothing bad. Just took a bit long. Had to wait more than I expected.

I was let down. I go on racketcentral.com thinking I’d find a good mix of rackets, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. A lot of the stuff I was looking for just isn’t there, or it only had like one or two choices. Maybe it’s fine if you just need something basic, but for me it kind of waste my time. 1 star

I ordered a racket from racketcentral.com because I was trying to branch out a bit, even though I’ve usually stuck with my go-to tennis shop for years. I wanted to like the experience, but the racket just didn’t feel right once I had it in hand, so I decided to send it back.

The return process ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to keep following up for updates, and the replies weren’t exactly quick, which made the whole thing feel frustrating.

The refund also took ages to show up, and I never really had a clear answer on when it would hit my card. Maybe I just had bad luck, but this definitely made me question switching from the retailer I already trusted...

The racket showed up on time and it works fine for casual play. That said, the grip feels a little cheap, and the strings weren’t as tight as I’d expect for the price. It’s not a bad racket by any means, but common sense says it should feel a bit better at this price point. Overall, it’s just okay
